Jennifer Ticer
Team Leader | Listing Agent
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the team. She combines her knowledge of new home construction, land development and residential real estate with technology and community connections to provide premium service to every client. She feels honored to build relationships and work with the best clients and some of the most amazing properties in DFW. Jennifer lives in Mansfield with her husband of 33 years and in her free time enjoys music, books and spending time with her family.
Jacob Ticer
Buyer’s Agent
Jacob is a husband, father of three children and a 25 year DFW resident. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Arlington school of Business with a degree in Finance. As a buyer’s agent, Jacob is an active member in the Granbury and Glen Rose Communities, enjoys assisting first time homebuyers and specializes in residential sales throughout North Texas. Jacob shares his love of real estate by growing Dallas-Fort Worth communities with homeowners who love their neighbor as themselves.
Karen Dotson

Karen grew up in the military, graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Communications and currently lives in Mansfield with her husband and four children. She has had the incredible opportunity to serve the industry in several capacities over the last 20 years. Beginning her career in relocation, having worked in agent services, contract compliance and as a certified American Warrior Real Estate professional, Karen specializes in residential real estate.
